Job: O365 Application Developer/O365 Admin
Project Information: Office 365 Team/program develops and supports a portfolio of Microsoft COTS (Commercial‐Off‐The‐Shelf) products and custom‐developed business applications that support our Microsoft Office 365/Sharepoint tenant. The team is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Office 365 solutions and its customers.
Role Profile: Reporting the O365 Manager, the O365 Application development/admin is responsible for the development and maintenance Microsoft COTS solutions, including integrations, both in production and in development.
Key Job Duties:
Providing services to create, maintain, upgrade the O365 environment which includes Microsoft SharePoint online. Define complex system requirements and objectives based on business needs and deliver high‐quality solutions based on single sign‐on technologies and secure gateways. Troubleshoot and resolve system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provide corrective actions. Provide senior‐level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems and O365 architecture. Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and documentation that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions. Work closely with the O365 team and customers to test applications and assist in providing development support for defect fixes and system enhancements. Advanced knowledge of Power Shell command line and scripting language/techniques.
