Lucid Support Services are proud to be working in partnership with our prestigious client with an opportunity for an Office 365 SME Architect to join their team. The role is based in Gloucester but would be remote working for at least the initial 3 months of the contract length.

The role would be to support and drive O365 DevOps technical direction within the business.

Essential skills required

  • Enterprise and Service Architecture
  • Security and Solutions Consultancy experience
  • Infrastructure design and deployment
  • Office 365 Design and Migration including; Enterprise Mobility and Security, InTune , Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager
  • Exposure to Cloud Services e.g. Azure AD, O365, InTune and EMS/MIM
  • DevOps and Agile experience
  • Strong technical leadership through directing how a business uses O365

The role will require an Architect that can teach the existing team as an architecture/SME resource.

The initial contract length is 3 months but will most likely extend to 6.

Technical Solution Consultant Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Office Productivity Solution, Global Print Solution, and Global Software Manager Solution
  • Project-based consultancy across various solutions including preparing the update of Office from 2008 to 2018, switching from Project Online Desktop Client to Project for the Web, migrating print environment from Datacenter to AWS, implementing Ysoft 6 client, and implementing ServiceNow interface
  • Provide 1st to 3rd level support for MS Suite and various software including MS365 Apps for Enterprise, OneDrive, Project, and VisioDefine as well as update the global standard and the global software catalogue
  • When needed, act as the contact person for the support of Adobe, SnagIt, MiniTab, ThinkCell, and Brandic
  • Manage both internal and external vendors regarding the lifecycle for various technology (license validity and renewal, new add-ins for Office, change in setting, etc)
  • Coordinate with Identity and Access Management in Office 365 or Adobe portal
  • Support the package process for new or to be updated SW (M391 in SNOW)
  • Build and run end-user surveys for non-measurable software


Must-Have:

  • Expert experience and knowledge of MS365 Apps for Enterprise
  • Solid hands-on experience: Microsoft 365 Productivity Applications, OneDrive, Project, and Visio
  • Expert in Office client technology (installs, updates, remove, How-To)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft license systems (E3, F3, standalone license, implications, restrictions, )
  • IT Project Management experience -delivering on time/on budget
  • Strong vendor management relationship
  • Konica Minolta Hardware and Ysoft 6 knowledge
  • Previous high-level support of the following: ThinkCell, Adobe, Snaglt, MiniTab, Brandic, and OneIdentity desirable

The department of Finance has been users of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology for the past 3-4 years where the Finance Information Technology team have self-taught themselves on the use and implementation of this technology. The department is seeking to expand the use of RPA to include other technologies such as Power Automate within the organization to automate manually driven processes related to financial transactions and processes with the many enterprise applications that are used by the County such as Oracle EBS, MUNIS, Kronos timekeeping products, Office 365, etc. 

Scope of Work:
The intent of this task order is to
1.) either provide as needed UiPath RPA and or Power Automate development and implementation expertise to the Finance Information Technology Team with automating workflows that will be developed in-house

OR

2.) automate a workflow that has been identified. The department is heavily invested in UiPath but may entertain the use of Power Automate if there is significant advantages with using this platform in lieu of UiPath depending on the workflow that is being automated.

 Workflows to be automated will be related to the following areas:
  • Account Receivable (e.g. invoicing, collections, reconciliation, etc…) – Oracle EBS
  • Accounts Payable – Oracle EBS
  • General Accounting – Oracle EBS
  • Payroll – Oracle EBS
  • Time and Attendance – Kronos Workforce Timekeeper
  • Office 365
  • Systems Administrations – Microsoft Windows, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc…
  • Property Tax Billing – Munis
  • The Contractor will provide staff that meets the following:
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in the use of UiPath Studio and Power Automate with developing workflows.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in the implementation of workflows to robots.
  • Knowledgeable in providing guidance on scaling the client’s current UiPath architecture and the use of orchestration.
  • Knowledgeable in provide guidance on enterprise governance and Center of Excellence framework.
