The successful candidate will be a part of the team that is responsible for Enterprise Business Intelligence, and has strong demonstrated experience in data modeling and report/dashboard development within the Microsoft Business Intelligence tool set. This position requires that the candidate understands, uses and applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to high scope and complexity. The candidate will also regularly interact with the customers to understand, document and communicate their needs, perform requirements analysis, develop and deliver reports and dashboards as per the requirements and contribute to the development and delivery of user training and documentation. The candidate will work under the general direction of the manager or the principal Systems Analyst and will independently determine and develop approach to solutions. The candidate will follow established procedures and contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and keep up-to-date with the technology shifts through training. This position requires a wide range of technical development, design, and multitasking skills. The ability to communicate effectively with members of the Products, Services, and Management teams are key components for success in this role.

Experience Required
- Data Modeling/ETL/Data Warehousing
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining MS
- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular models and Multi-Dimensional Cubes, including partitioning and incremental synchronization of each.
- Strong skills in writing DAX and MDX expressions/queries
- Experience in design and development of relational and dimensional database models
- Expertise in ETL between Homogenous and Heterogeneous Systems
- Expertise with ETL workflow design using SQL Server Data Transformation Services (DTS)/Visual Studio and/or MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Expertise in designing stored procedures/T-SQL coding, performance tuning, and query
- optimization.
- Proficient in T-SQL for developing complex Stored Procedures, Triggers, Tables, user defined functions,
- relational database models and data integrity, and SQL joins.
- Experience in logical and physical database design & development, data conversion, database normalization and data modelling.
- Experience developing and managing data models in Microsoft Power Pivot for Excel Reports/dashboards/cubes (tabular/Dimensional/Tablix) development
- Strong demonstrated skills designing, developing, and maintain Power BI and MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
- Write parameterized queries for generating tabular reports and sub reports using global variables, expressions, and functions
- Experience with list reports, dashboards, scorecards, Matrix and Tablix reports, reports/dashboards with drill down capabilities
- Expertise developing, deploying and enhancing data cubes and multi-dimensional dashboards
- Strong expertise in writing, analysing and improving query performance using T-SQL.
- Experience writing, analysing, modifying and improving stored procedures written using T-SQL
- Experience writing, analysing and improving DAX expressions and MDX queries

Education Required Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years work experience or equivalent experience
