Title: CRM Technical Developer
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Long Term Assignment
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems or related field.
2+ yearsof relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience in Microsoft Technologies in building enterprise solutionsaround web, CRM, Case management.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
Experience in Analysis and Design on large systems integration projectwith multiple organizations.
Experience with working in integrated teams comprising of employee andconsultant resources.
Provenexperience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entityenvironments.
Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologiesand major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (UseCases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, Userinterface Design)
Projectmanagement experience.
Experience in public sector/government.
Experience in using standard project tools including Microsoft Project,Excel, and PowerPoint.
Certification Requirements:
· MicrosoftDynamics Certified Professional – GP 2013 and CRM 2013.
· MicrosoftCertified Professionals (MCSE/MCSA/MCITP) – Server 2012/SharePoint/SQLServer/Exchange.
· VMwareCertified Professionals (VCP) – ESX 5.0/ESX 5.5
Required Skills/Abilities:
· DeepKnow-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle.
· Goodknowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration,Customization, Workflow, Integration, etc.)
· Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods(Web services,)
· Goodknowledge of CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit.
· Goodknowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development.
· Knowledgeof Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO,Silverlight.
· Knowledgeof CRM development or integration best practices.
· Goodknowledge of Technical specifications documentation.
· Understanding of data migration and integration mappings using SQLIntegration Services, Scribe or Web Services.
· Understandingof SQL Reporting Services and MOSS/SharePoint Services.
· Excellentoral and written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate to allproject members and stakeholders.
· Abilityto work well with technical and non-technical resources.
· Abilityto manage deliverables, meeting notes, presentations and otherdocumentation/communications.
· Strongwriting skills.
