Senior Access and SQL Server Developer needed for 2 – 3 months to assist our direct client with migration and support of legacy Access/SQL Server applications. This is a remote position working onsite as needed in Evansville, IN.


  • Migrate an existing complex and highly customized Access system from Access 95/97 to Access 2013/2016 including Access Forms, Reports, Queries, as well as integration with outside applications, scanners, and printers with SQL as a backend
  • Develop workarounds for unsupported features in the newer version of Access present in the existing application
  • Test upgraded application thoroughly
  • Work with business areas to define and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Implement and support business area during user testing phase of project
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues uncovered during user testing and post-production support
  • Create implementation plan for seamless roll out across multiple databases, PCs, and servers.
  • Deploy upgraded application to individual PCs

My Broadcast Media Client is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer with experience of the Vision broadcast management system (Vision BMS experience is mandatory, however migration experience of other similar Broadcast Scheduling Systems may be considered). You would be writing stored procedures to help with a data migration project. Writing stored procedures in Oracle to allow data to be extracted from Vision. There will be specifications/requirements provided for what data should be extracted and how it should be presented. An integration layer will be querying via JDBC to invoke the stored procedure and pull the data out.

This can be fully remote (but you must still have the right to work in the UK and trade through your UK ltd company or UK umbrella company) You'd be using your own computing equipment, and you would get remote access.

The project is in flight, and requires someone full time ASAP for 3 months initially (Extension - possible)

Coveted Solutions is seeking an ETL engineer with responsibilities related to the Cross Sell Analytics suite of applications, which blends both Microsoft and Oracle technologies. Candidate will be asked to assist his teammates with production support, design, test and enhancement development activities. Core responsibilities will include: data design and modeling, ETL process enhancement with PL/SQL as well as performance improvement analysis. Core technologies will cross platforms to include both Oracle as well as C# and .Net frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to contribute and lead design and development initiatives within a highly complex business environment. Candidate will work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, write functional design specs and participate in efficient development, delivery and deployment. Responsible for collaborating closely with teammates, DBAs, Web developers and interface partners as well as ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle. Participate as needed in compliance, risk and regulatory processes within Wells Fargo.


  • Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
  • Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.
  • Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
  • Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
  • Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production.
  • Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff.
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for the supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.


  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL production environments
