Overview: Scale-up company building Mastercard's Travel Experiences digital loyalty offering via airport benefits. I managed the product and development for Mastercard Airport Experiences and Travel Experiences App and Web for a year, quadrupling the product offering in less than a year.

Product R&D - Web & App: Documented the technical proposition and wrote technical

product requirements to support the development activities (e.g., management briefs, RFI, RFPs, etc.). of 4 Mastercard digital products.

System Architecting: Investigated new SaaS, Cloud systems, and emerging technologies to integrate into Mastercard to boost process and product function inline with user and commercial objectives, including an AI Translation system.

Stakeholder Research: Worked closely with internal and external SMEs and 3rd partiesto gain insight into commercial and product strategy, translating into development requirements to build world-class products solutions.

I consulted with Microsoft clients across SaaS, Nuclear, Security, Education Automotive, Non-profit, and Health sectors to obtain business insights and requirements. I would then construct a roadmap to attain the client’s objectives, whilst leveraging Microsoft’s feature suite to drive consumption and satisfy both stakeholders. Consultees were typically C-level Executives, Directors, and Development Teams.

Working with a vast array of clients on high value projects, some products I helped deliver included COVID-19 response application (February 2020), casino security system, smart car application and accompanying application, a community welfare application, educational platforms, e-commerce SaaS, and APIs. Other projects included data migrations, cloud architecture configurations and streamlining operations/costs. I was also quickly asked with training/mentoring new teammates to swiftly bring them up to practising standard post-induction training.

The projects required broad knowledge of multiple industries, technologies, and frameworks including .NET, .NET CORE, NODE.JS, JAVA, PHP, RUBY. I began my professional career as a Customer Success Assistant, then fast-tracked to Manager. Additionally, I performed as Product Manager and Head of Marketing, as well as Sales capacities (pitching, demoing, market penetration and global/regional strategy, new business development and client entertainment) . I was involved with the Beta and Live launch, product iterations, road mapping, backlog management, requirement gathering, UI/UX design, testing, sales and business development, client entertainment to attain new/continued business, onboarding clients,
