Position: Python/Django Developer

Location: Herndon VA.

Duration: Contract

Total Exp. years (at least 4 + years of Programming/Tech Lead exp in Python/Django)

• Self-Motivated technocrat who is willing to take up multiple roles

• Worked as a Tech Lead for at least 4 years & preferably in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong experience in Python & Django (at least 4 years of hands-on experience), NoSQL, MongoDB & Cloud (AWS)

• Basic Understanding on Angular JS & html 5

• Experience with design and development of REST APIs

• Hands on exp in Celery, RabbitMQ, Django, Java, Elastic, Burning Glass & JQuery

• Knowledge with Ubuntu/Docker/Kubernetes

• Understanding of databases like MySQL & data modelling

• Clear Understanding of API’s and basic Microservices understanding

• Knowledge of JIRA

• Experience with software system design and architecture & excellent understanding of SDLC lifecycle

• Actively mentor peers and other software engineers

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70.00 to $75.00 /hour
