They are moving at a fast pace and this person needs to be flexible and highly collaborative in working with others and use strengths from everyone. This person must be an excellent communicator. Resumes should show Scrum Master and coaching experience. They also should show PM experience and business knowledge/projects not entirely just IT. Need some SAFe experience and or certification.
