A Fortune 100 Telecommunications company is seeking a DevOps Engineer with FedRAMP experience to join and support the web conferencing product team.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, implement, and troubleshoot information systems and technology solutions in support of business needs
- Document help desk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guidance
- Support the team in AWS Govcloud for a FedRAMP compliant environment using a GitOps flow with configuration as code
- Track work items in JIRA
- Participate in regular standup meetings
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- 7 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role
- Cloud (AWS preferred)
- FedRAMP
- Saas
- ELK Stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Kafka
Desired Skills:
- Experience deploying applications in Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, auto scaling groups, etc)
- Systems automation experience with languages such as Ruby or Perl
- Configuration management experience with tools such as Puppet/Chef/Ansible
- Hashicorp Stack (Vault, Terraform, Packer, Consul)
