Web Developer - Full Stack / Design Lead / Web 3.0 Engineer

1. Web Developer — Full Stack:
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features and experiences
- Translation of UI/UX design wireframes to production code on web and mobile apps.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Thoroughly test code with unit and end to end testing.
- Follow leading security practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

2. Web Developer — Design Lead :
Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application for our web and mobile apps. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works to create a compelling user experience.
- Design compelling user experiences

3. Software Engineer — Web 3.0 Architect
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a software development kit (SDK) for participating in decentralized technologies, using WebAssembly and Go
- Maintain and architect back end infrastructures
- Translation of user stories into back end / low level workflows
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Thoroughly test code with unit and end to end testing.
- Contribute to cutting edge open source projects
- Follow leading security practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Required Skills: Go, AWS, Web 3.0 Technologies (Blockchain, Oracles, etc.), Hyperledger Aries, AWS, MongoDB, Node, Code Linting & Style Guides, Git, Jest, Decentralized Identifier & Verifiable Credentials Knowledge, Distributed Storage Experience, Cryptography, WebAssembly
Nice to Have Skills: Cordova, Game Design, Design & Aesthetics Background, Web 3.0 Experience, AWS, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Javascript, JSX, React, Apollo Client, Apollo Server, GraphQL, Standards Body / Interoperability / Port Experience.
Required Experience for All Positions:
- Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Excellent understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks/
- Excellent understanding of React.
- Basic or Proficient skills in Apollo Client.
- Not required, but Nice to Have: Apollo Server, MongoDB, Node, React-Native, MeteorJS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, bundle and code splitting, lighthouse metrics.
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, specifically Git.
- Proficient understanding of clean code collaboration practices, including linting and following team style guides.
- Proficient understanding of unit testing suites, such as Jest
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- 3+ Years of Professional or Similar Experience Required

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
