    Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

    Job; Magento Developer - Remote

    This company is a successful digital agency where all employees have a share in the company (today, this year and in its future). They are a group of Open Source Developers who help their clients simplify their clients’ customer journeys.

    Using technology approaches under the PHP umbrella (such as Symfony, Laravel or Zend) they seamlessly blend the specific to the general. They take a lean and agile approach, working in partnership with clients, using shared workspaces, communications channels, and collaborative boards such as Trello or Miro.

    They’re looking for a Magento Developer to help them get through their current backlog of work.

    Their current Magento projects include;

    • x1 new website build completion
    • x2 site migrations
    • x1 Magento upgrade
    • x1 ERP / Magento project

    You should have excellent frontend and backend skills and be comfortable communicating directly with clients regularly via project management software as well as by phone/Zoom (etc) when required.

    Other Stuff;

    • £’s; in the range of £250/day (direct with the client via your own limited or umbrella company)
