Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Job Summary
Position: Full Stack Developer (Contract)
Location: Reno NV -- However remote is allowed after project orientation
Duration: 8 Weeks

Client is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to support rollout of a new database-driven utility modeling platform. Scope includes design automation, object-oriented framework debugging, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:
**

• Develop and debug software for automation of factory infrastructure simulation and analysis.
• Develop back-end server utilities and schedulers to support data management and simulation workflow.
• Develop front-end web and windows with modern, intuitive, and streamlined interfaces used by different engineering disciplines.
• Database and connection management across multiple applications
• Leverage existing applications and datasets (Building Information Modeling (BIM), MATLAB scripts, building and equipment cost databases, etc.)

Requirements:
**

• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering with broad software experience
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer working with engineering or technical data
• Experience developing using .NET, JSON, JavaScript / CSS / HTML 5, or Python & MATLAB
• Experience on a software development team using version control systems and standards
• Analytical & quantitative mindset
• Experience creating and querying MySQL or MS SQL databases
• High-energy individual that can drive software solutions
• Able to balance software efficiency and features with development time and user needs
• Human factors design experience is a plus
• Applied engineering, factory design, and high volume manufacturing experience is desirable
