We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who can assist our existing team in developing e-commerce, blog, and informational websites. We primarily work with BigCommerce, Shopify, and Wordpress websites, along with custom coded HTML/CSS/PHP/Java websites/blogs. Your primary functions include taking our in-house design team's work and turning that into a functioning store, within the platform that the client has chosen. You will work closely with our designers to bridge the gap between design and function by taking an active role in projects during the design and implementation phases. Our team will provide you with website templates, designs, and images for the website and you will need to implement these for the best viable product for our customers. Great outcomes on projects can earn your tips, rewards, and bonuses as well.
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, PHP, MySQL, SEO, Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, WooCommerce, Wordpress, BigCommerce, and Shopify.
Required:
Our ideal candidate will have specific examples of both Shopify and Wordpress websites developed. The more of an expert you are with eCommerce coding, the better! We are open to students with the skillsets to create these websites and can offer internships for school credit. We have an agency on Upwork so if you have an Upwork account or are open to making one to join the agency that is a big plus and automates our workflow.
Certifications:
It is a big plus if you have earned certifications from BigCommerce and/or Shopify, along with any SEO certifications.
Responsibilities:

We are a website design agency (Levo Web Development) that has been serving our e-commerce, blog, and website clients for 5+ years. This position is in addition to our existing team. Our company is great to work for because we have figured out how to eliminate most project emergencies through proper client and employee management. We set expectations correctly and value our employees.
Our hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. We are off for all major holidays. We offer bonuses for performance. We offer overtime opportunities but do not have normal required overtime hours (except in the rare situation that we have something incredibly important that has to get done). Time off can be requested with two weeks notice and is almost always approved. This is a 100% remote position and your work schedule is flexible as long as the project is completed by the deadline.
When are we hiring?
This position is open immediately. We will conduct initial interviews via Google Meet/Zoom and then have second interviews via Google meet/Zoom with the rest of our team. Average time till hired is 3-7 days.
