Duties:
· The MS Teams Developer will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
· Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
· Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
· Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
· Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.
· Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshop.
· Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies
· Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
· Architect Solutions on Microsoft Teams, to integrate Teams solution with other line of business application.
· Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
· Thorough understanding of Microsoft Teams Platform and advise when and how new MS Teams components should be leveraged to address business.
· Follow Scrum and Agile development best practices.
What is needed for this role:
· Act as a global subject matter expert for application design, optimizing features, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity related to key aspects of an enterprise
· Thorough understanding of Microsoft Teams Platform and advise when and how new MS Teams components should be leveraged to address business.
· Ability to develop conversational design solutions on MS Teams and other Collaboration technologies
· Ability of designing, developing, and deploying complex Teams App, including bots
· Coding of custom Microsoft Teams App using JavaScript
· Experience of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React JS
· Designing and Coding of Complex and Very Complex custom Microsoft Team Apps
· Deep Experience on Office 365, Azure portal
· Experience of Microsoft Graph API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Experience of developing and architecting enterprise scale services or solutions
· Proficient expertise across a breadth of technology architectures
· 8+ years relevant work experience in technology industry is required
· Graduate degree in Computer Science is preferred.
· Experience with conversation design is required.
· ServiceNow platform knowledge is an added advantage
· Ability to interpret complex business rules and problem-solve to create great products is required
· Ability to work independently while supporting team responsibilities is required
· Ability to prioritize business goals and switch gears quickly as needed is required
· Strong attention to detail and accountability is required.
· Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
· Ability to build expertise of other people
