Contract Python Developer
Opportunity for an experienced Python Developer to join a data-driven SaaS FinTech firm who provide data analytics and insight into global financial markets on a 3-6 month contract where you’ll be working on a next-generation platform using technologies including Python, ETL, and Maria or MongoDB.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for working on the data platform. This will be a data-focused role where you’ll be solving ETL challenges with Python and pulling large volumes of data as part of a small but highly-performant development team.
This is working in an Agile/DevOps environment with exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker and CD.
There is an opportunity to work remotely for one day a week.
Key skills
High level of proficiency in Python
Knowledge of ETL
Understanding of MongoDB or MariaDB
Understanding of Agile/DevOps
