This is a contract role in which the person selected will be employed by our company, BIS
Consulting, Inc. and will be hired W2 or 1099 (based on contractor's preference). The hiring
manager is open to having a remote (within the United States) candidate in this role.

This role requires strong business analysis experience. Eloqua implementation and scrum master
experience will also be ideal for this role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
are required. The BA will have daily sync meetings with IT and weekly sync meetings with
business stakeholders. The BA will also send out weekly communications that provide updates
regarding what IT has completed and what is in progress in the current sprint. There will also be
bi-weekly communications on a larger call with regional stakeholders to convey the details of
any upcoming changes.

Understanding the Eloqua marketing automation system, from a business marketing perspective
as well as from an technical (integration, data flow) perspective, will be key for this role. The
PM needs to be able to converse effectively with business stakeholders as well as IT to ensure
that business requirements are understood, potential solutions are suggested, ultimately decided
upon (in collaboration with Cisco manager), and then communicated to stakeholders,
accordingly.

The BA will act as the point person to business stakeholders regarding the Eloqua system and
related projects and will be a proxy for the agile scrum process, interacting with the team,
knowing the details of the user stories (to ensure they are staying on track). This requires
attending daily (Mon-Thurs) scrum calls, and reporting back to the Cisco manager regarding any

Responsibilities

  • Implement designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
  • Provide graphic design support in a fast-paced environment with a solid understanding of thoughtful layout and typography
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with design specifications
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
  • Finalize print and web files for production

Requirements

  • This is an contract position. Candidate may work remotely, but must be responsive
  • This is an entry-level position. 2-5 years of experience required.
  • Command of color theory, typography, information design
  • Attention to detail with both design and content
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Independent problem-solving skills; can work well without constant supervision and take accountability and ownership of projects
  • Comfortable with multiple projects, short deadlines, and a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take creative direction and constructive criticism
  • Strong grasp of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong grasp of printing processes and production

As we grow our business, Ksana is seeking a Contract-to-hire Front End Developer. This position can be located anywhere, but candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Your contribution to the mission:

As a Front End Developer you will be responsible for our web and integration with our mobile applications by designing, building and maintaining a scalable and reliable architecture, capable of supporting the consumer, research and healthcare provider ecosystems. You will be working closely with a team of Cloud, Full Stack, Software Engineers and Data Scientists. Our stack features some of the most exciting technologies out there, including a wild number of AWS services.

This is more than just a coding role. You will have the chance to use your expertise and knowledge to discuss the architecture of the platform we are building, and its evolution. Your experience with user-centered design and agile practices will enable you to take the lead as the Technical Product Owner for our web and mobile applications.

In addition, working together with other software engineers, you will:

  • design, build, test and scale our applications portfolio
  • develop and integrate graphical components
  • write clean, elegant, and reusable code that solves complex problems
  • participate in design & code review processes
  • plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product with the strategy and engineering teams
  • assess business needs from internal and external stakeholders and derive user stories from those
  • maintain and support the applications
  • research and analyze the market and market trends (Market and User-Research)
  • own all product-related communications

Requirements:

The position requires proven work experience in product management with a technical background and hands-on experience in software development using state of the art web and mobile technologies.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • prior experience as a front end developer (Node.js, Typescript, XML, HTML5, CSS 3)
  • born-in-the-Cloud/DevOps engineering skills (AWS EC2, Amplify, Git, Unix/Linux)
  • strong programming expertise (Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash)
  • a solid understanding of web server hygiene (SSL certificates, Apache Server, maintaining node libraries)
  • familiarity with AWS SDK for Javascript
