NETWORK ENGINEER - IMMEDIATE START - CONTRACT

Are you a Network Engineer looking for your next contract? Available within the next two weeks? A client of ours has an urgent need for a Network Engineer to join them on a contract basis.

Job Title - Network Engineer

Location - Cheltenham

Duration - Intial 6 month contract

Rate - Up to £350pd

Start Date - ASAP

Responsibilities

• Assisting the networking SME in being the technical design authority
• Ensuring the network meets operational service levels
• Document Designs, Solutions & Configurations as required
• Provide continuous improvement to the network & surrounding services
• Support & drive the LAN, WAN, Voice & AV transformation projects

Requirements

• Strong network technology understanding & experience - LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Load Balancing, IPv4 & IPv6
• Cisco Switch/router knowledge
• Network infrastructure installation, configuration, upgrades & replacements
• Windows server environment experience

This is an immediate requirement for an experience Network Engineer who is able to begin the role within the next 2 weeks.
