Will be responsible for administer VoIP network devices and servers, monitor performance, and troubleshoot/resolve any system problems.   • 5+ years' expert knowledge of configuring, monitoring, installing & patching VoIP network PBX's and switches Expert knowledge of TCP/IP with the ability to demonstrate and describe networking fundamentals
  • Expert experience of troubleshooting VoIP network issues
  • Understanding of Unified Communications, including but not limited to: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, SIP and QoS

  • Required strong knowledge on VoIP Protocols (SIP, DIAMETER, RTP, SDP)
