Ocupop is looking for a senior full stack developer for contract hire with the possibility of future full-time employment. Ideally this individual would have a Computer Science background and at least five years of experience in developing web applications. Ideally you are interested in building leading edge, progressive web apps that are elegant, efficient, and beautiful. You will be responsible for collaborating with one of the top design teams in the world to architect, design, build, and support these applications.

Must haves:
- 5+ years commercial experience as a software engineer.
- Expert knowledge of standard web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA's)
- Strong expertise in React/Redux and NodeJS/Express
- Experience with other modern JS frameworks (Angular, Vue)
- Experience with Gatsby SSG
- Experience with MySQL and NOSQL Databases
- Experience with third-party API Integrations
- Experience with Firebase and other Google Cloud services
- Experience with webpack and other build tools
- Experience with monitoring, performance and build optimizations
- Experience with mobile first / responsive website development
- Expertise in CSS and pre/post-processors build tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform implementations (Shopify, Magento, Headless e-commerce)
- Familiarity with Bootstrap
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, VPC, API Gateway, Cognito, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Proficiency with Git, testing automation, and CI/CD solutions
- Entrepreneurial / startup experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or similar related discipline.
