Full Stack React Node Developer (Remote)

Summary
EcosConnect is seeking a full stack JavaScript application developer familiar with single page application frameworks, APIs and database design. EcosConnect is a SaaS database application that manages scheduling and data entry for remote field workers that help protect our water supply. This is a contract position with flexible hours, primarily working independently from home.

Duties

• Working with business owners to gather requirements, discussing scope and architecture for features
• Helping transition our legacy database application (MySQL, PHP, REST, Angular 1.x) to a modern stack (MongoDB, Node, GraphQL, React)
• Limited management of hosting and deployment in AWS
• Fixing bugs and assisting with technical support as needed
• Feature development and maintenance of the existing application during the transition

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a web developer working with front end, back end and databases.
• Experience consulting or managing requirements gathering and scope
• Experience with React or Angular JavaScript frameworks
• Proactive and self directed communication and work habits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $50,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year

Experience:
