Job Summary:
We are seeking aqualified and creative individual for a freelance Mobile App Developer. Youwill collaborate with our internal Marketing team, on a project basis, todevelop, implement and maintain high quality functional mobile applications,while working in a dynamic environment. Successin this role requires uncompromising excellence in ensuring the bestperformance and end user experience of the application(s). Thisposition is critical to our growth and has a significant impact on organizationhealth. The incumbent is expectedto conduct herself/himself in a manner that demonstrates initiative,professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises strict confidentialityin the appropriate areas of her/his performance.

Responsibilities
· Supportthe Advanced Producer application life-cycle
· Producefully functional mobile applications writing clean code
· Maintaina versioning control system
· Gatherspecific requirements and suggest solutions
· Writeunit and User Interface tests to identify malfunctions
· Troubleshootand debug to optimize performance
· Designinterfaces to improve user experience
· Liaisewith Marketing team to plan new features
· Ensurenew and legacy applications meet quality standards
· Researchand suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
· Stayup-to-date with new technology trends

· Notify management of obstacles, equipment or operating problems requiringthe need for additional support and/or supplies
· Participate in meetings and work-groups to acquire and maintain necessarylevels of knowledge relating to business developments, industry requirements,policies and regulatory guidelines; collaborate on projects and communicateissues
· Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work
· Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies
· Perform tasks, special projects and other duties as assigned
