Job Title: iOS + Firebase (full-stack) developer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated iOS developer to join our young startup, grow with us, and help push our existing app and platform to the next generation. Below you will find the skillset for an ideal candidate. However, we’re most importantly looking for an awesome fit, so please still apply even if you don't have every one of the required skills, but are motivated to learn.
Required Skills/Experience

Demonstrable Experience with the following

* Swift 5 / XCode

* Firebase (authorization, database, server-side functions, analytics, etc)

* Writing concise, well structured code following SOLID, OOP, MVP patterns

* Memory management, dependency management, unit testing

* NOSQL database creation and interaction

* View Debugging, pull requests, Git Integration

* CI/CD experience, and associated practices (GitFlow, Agile, TestFlight, etc)

* iOS push notifications

* Excitement to be a part of our team and willingness to push the envelope to fulfill our collective vision

* Comfortable dealing with sexual health topics and material in a professional setting

* Excellent English written and verbal communication

* A can-do attitude that can hit deadlines without cutting corners or sacrificing structural integrity

Desired Skills (some combination therein)

* UIKit, Core Animation, AutoLayout, Size Classes, UIKit collections (UICollectionView, UITableView)

* Experience with multi-tenancy

* Javascript knowledge/experience

* Machine learning knowledge/experience

* Building modular visual elements that work in multiple screens without repeating code/views

* Building custom transitions and energy efficient animations

* Can produce perfect screens according to high-fidelity mocks and perfectly timed animations

* Building a test-driven, shareable library

* Networking with a RESTful API, concurrency and multithreading

* Speed and Resource Optimizations using methods like pre-loading and caching

* Profiling Tools and performance troubleshooting

* Desire to develop the skills to become a lead developer and grow with the company in a long term partnership.

* Experience with version/build release management and distribution through Automation and Custom Build scripts for many schemes and various client recipients

* Experience mentoring other junior developers and confident communicating with all levels of stakeholders.

Source Code Manager Engineer (Contract)
The Source Code Management Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Configuration Management environment, primarily in the areas of applications version control and build management.
The position will require the Source Code Management Engineer to have an understanding of DevOps and Configuration Management methodologies along with an expertise in Unix/Linux environments and scripting in Python. Strong communication skills are required as the candidate will typically be working with QA and Dev for support and new initiatives.

My client has continued to work remotely and hire through the COVID crisis and operate within a domain which hasn’t been adversely affected by these challenging times.
All stages of the interview process will be conducted remotely, as well as the onboarding of successful candidates. Once working remotely, you will have the full support of the management and technical team.
This client has had continues success within the Fintech sector, and we at VANRATH were involved in helping this business secure 25+ contractors for this latest integration project.
For Engineers looking to work with the best in technology and standards this is an excellent option. Interestingly, all the contractors placed so far were a mix of first time and career contractors and have seen their contracts renewed long-term, giving them security at this uncertain time.

Your role:
To demonstrate skilled scripting knowledge, write scripting modules and tests with minimal guidance. Design with guidance, and code independently.
To identify potential opportunities for scripting optimization, provide input for scripting reviews, help with application build notices, review scripting to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues and defects and help to identify sources of defects, and troubleshoot anyone’s scripting.
To show skilled administration of SCM tool and supporting infrastructure.
To utilize patterns frequently, contributing to process enhancements.

The skills you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree: Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering).
3 to 5+ years relevant experience.
Experience in Unix/Linux environments, SCM tools and scripting knowledge.
Experience/knowledge in Chef and AWS will be a plus.
Linux platform experience.
Proficiency with one of these Ruby or Python, Software Configuration Management tools experience.
Strong problem-solving skills

Our client are looking to for a seasoned AWS DevOps engineer with extensive AWS CodeDeploy knowledge to help our client put a fully functioning CI/CD Automated pipeline into place.

Key Skills

Developing and deploying infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) on AWS using Terraform

Design, manage and maintain tools to automate operational processes

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer would be preferred
