Contract: Experienced React Native Developer (Remote)

We are looking for experienced React Native developers to help build mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

These roles are contract based and remote, and have a commitment between 30 and 40 hours per week for up to 6 months. Successful candidates can expect additional contracting opportunities. However, please be aware that we contract through Upwork.

You will:

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate daily with other team members and stakeholders
• Work with kanban boards
• Update code to repo. daily

You'll be working with an established, distributed team, and should have the following skills:

• Three or more years of experience building mobile applications in React Native
• Experience coding in other Javascript libraries and frameworks
• Experience with web based development
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools.
• Practiced at handling common cross-browser compatibility issues
• Old-hand at code versioning tools

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
react.js | angular.js |socket.io | jquery | HTML5 | CSS3 | LESS | SASS | GIMP | Adobe | Figma | github | gitflow
