My Client is looking to develop a user facing web application, based around the Government Front End Design kit that will help us manage parts of our inspection processes. We need an experienced Azure DevOps/administrator/engineer to work in our multi-functional team to help build our application:
Candidates must have: *Excellent hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Pipelines / GitHub *Excellent working knowledge of PowerShell *Experience of IaC (ARM Templates, Terraform) *Experience of API deployment within Azure (e.g. Azure API Management) *Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) in an Azure world Candidates must be able to: *Configure all environments for development with necessary resources, VNETs etc. (DEV>QA>PROD) *Develop, implement and deploy software releases to Azure Web Apps *Have good working knowledge in engineering and automation of other container orchestration using tools such as (ACS, AKS, K8s, Docker) *Understand how RBAC and other features applies to different elements of the environment deployment and to features like Cloud Application Endpoints *Work to tight deadlines *Resolve problems on the fly *Understand the implementation of security and data protection methods *Used to Agile development *Work with developers to support web application development Looking for candidates who are: *Self-motivating and able to understand product and feature requests and implement these *Have a pragmatic and can-do, attitude with a hands-on and innovative style of working *Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate development solutions to a senior as well as a detailed/technical audience *Able to carefully structure and clearly write and document their configurations
