We are looking for a detail-oriented front-end (visual and text-focused) WordPress Web Marketing guru who enjoys doing client management and project coordination. The ideal candidate is experienced with Elementor and other page builders to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean mobile responsive designs and experience with the creative process of marketing websites.
The candidate would be heavily involved in the build-out process.
They should have superior user interface design skills, image editing, as well as a strong focus on increasing their SEO knowledge. Everything we do is centered around SEO, marketing, and other creative strategies - being found online. We don't slap together poorly executed websites - quality is more important. Due to the fact that we put a lot of time into the creative process, we need a highly detailed and organized personality type who enjoys conquering challenging projects.
This role also provides support for existing client websites and manages their website changes. Between new website builds we need support for a variety of web development or marketing related tasks (uploading and optimizing YouTube videos, helping with social media, writing content pieces, working with other team members on special marketing projects).
Responsibilities
- Client management and team coordination.
- WordPress focus (familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Joomla, and other CMS based websites is helpful).
- Manage the content load and build-out process, coordinate or execute all text and visual design stages from concept to launch.
- Conceptualize a website based on key points of information. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend key deliverables to peers, customers, and managers.
- Create or amplify branding using best practices and standards.
Skills
- Proven work experience with client management and website management.
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio (layout and style).
- Desire to be involved in SEO and conversion based marketing tactics.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, XD, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and page builders (Elementor, Visual Composer, Beaver Builder, Divi).
- Experience working in tickets, prioritizing workflow, and using project management tools.
- Ability to create punchy headlines and graphics to communicate the message.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest web trends.
- No college degree required. Self-taught free thinkers are just as good.
