We are looking for a detail oriented talented (visual and text focused) WordPress Web Marketing guru. The ideal candidate is experienced with Elementor and other page builders to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean mobile responsive designs for marketing websites and eCommerce websites.

They should have superior user interface design skills, image editing, as well as a strong focus on their SEO knowledge. Everything we do is centered around SEO, marketing, and other creative strategies - being found online. We don't slap together poorly executed websires, this isn't a high volume chop shop - quality is more important. We put a lot of time into the creative process and need a highly detailed and organized personality type who enjoys conquering challenging projects and functions well in a fast paced changing environment.

This role is also provides support for existing clients and manages their website changes. Between new website builds we need support for a variety of web development or marketing related tasks (uploading and optimizing YouTube videos, helping with social media, writing content pieces,, working with other team members on special marketing projects).

Friendly client communication to clarify instructions, coordinate with our team, and to present ideas are important.

The successful candidate will be able to translate muddy client requirements and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs working with our team of content writers, backend developers, and graphic designers.


  • Manage the content load and build out process, coordinate or execute all text and visual design stages from concept to launch
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers, customers, and managers
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, create or amplify branding using best practices and standards


  • Proven work experience as a web designer
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Desire to know SEO and conversion based marketing tactics
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, XD, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and page builders (Elementor, Visual Composer, Beaver Builder, Divi)
  • Experience working in tickets, prioritizing workflow, and using project management tools.
  • Excellent marketing content creation, create punchy headlines and graphics to communicate the message
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
  • No college degree required. Self taught free thinkers are just as good.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
