UI/UX Lead Designer

Position Summary

The UI/UX Lead Designerwill support our clients with their Growth Driven Design needs. Web development is an ongoing process in our agency, as we do launches for web clients every 90-days.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize the principles of the agile methodology to keep our clients projects moving forward and optimized. Constantly improving their results based on data and their goals.
• Make recommendations for updates using a data driven approach and an understanding of the unique needs of their target audience.
• Map out and prioritize (using wireframes and mockups) new features and improvements using the Growth Driven Design methodology.
• Facilitate strategy sessions with our clients and internal team, complete launchpad websites, and the ongoing continuous improvement cycles.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Lead the creative process with our team and our clients from start to finish.

• Website Design

• Implement basic visual updates to existing websites that we manage.
• Support our team with new website builds based on client branding specs, and direction from our client management team.
• Design and buildout beautiful landing pages based on a wireframe and copy that is presented.

Skill Requirements

• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, PHP, Javascript
• Adobe CC Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Proficiency with Wordpress, Hubspot, and custom builds.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a design or related role (UX/UI)
• A strong portfolio of work.
• Understanding of information architecture, how to implement, communicate the process and finding clearly with clients, and execute accordingly.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 3-5+ years of applicable UI/UX experience.
