Position Summary
To design, develop and apply technical expertise in Enterprise Systems Management to support the organization’ s technical infrastructure. The position responsibilities to include designing, developing, testing, configuration, capacity planning, contingency planning, and directing the implementation of technologies in Enterprise Systems Management.
Specific Responsibilities
- Engineering Support for AppDynamics SaaS Platform with following modules - Server monitoring, Application Monitoring, synthetics, and End User Experience.
- Engineering Support to on-premise Cisco UCS Hardware Monitoring implementation (UCS Manager – (SNMP)).
- Develop engineering plans to design and migrate Event Mgmt integrations to next generation solutions. Develop design requirements and implementation plans to support ServiceNow CMDB.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify requirements and document specifications.
- Provide comprehensive testing plans for all development changes.
- Provide level 3 Engineering Support.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of the ITSM Solutions, Oracle, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, Perl, Javascript, Powershell, HTML and some Java.
