DevOps Engineer - Active Security Clearance - AWS - Docker - Kubernetes - Remote Working X2 days
We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a massive Global Consultancy who require a DevOps Engineer for one of their Public sector Clients. This will be a 3-month contract based in London.
Detailed knowledge of infrastructure on EC2 and associate AWS offerings
Kubernetes Cluster Administration
IaC expertise in Terraform and Ansible
Comfortable on the main Linux distros as well as solid understanding of Containerization (Docker) technologies
Working within an agile context with the use of CI
Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability
The must have skills will determine how well they will be able to integrate into our way of working and
The principals we use when making strategic and long-term decisions.
K8s ecosystem knowledge of cutting-edge tools such as Flux, Istio, Helm
Aware of modern Security Principles: Network policies, Security groups, ACLs, RBAC
Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
Hashicorp tools (Packer and Vault)
Knowledge and exposure to CI systems other than Jenkins. (Concourse, Drone, Circle, etc.)
