Investigo is currently recruiting for a high performing Scrum Master to help set up and run two agile teams who will be tasked with defining and creating a comprehensive metrics dashboard for executive level consumption, covering security, cost optimisation, governance and operational resilience in a large AWS cloud environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understand client requirement and deliverables for the projects to be delivered successfully, on time and to budget
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client during project delivery, communicating authoritatively regarding technical and production issues and solutions.
  • Effectively manage project resources.
  • Monitor project performance, time-lines and budgets and report on these regularly to both the client and internally.
  • Facilitate post-project review sessions
  • Taking ownership of Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and other project related meetings
  • Educating and managing the client on how Scrum is implemented.
  • Ensuring adherence by the project team to Scrum principles.
  • Controlling the project release cycles.
  • Take responsibility for project risks, issues and budgets.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience of multiple development projects within an AWS cloud environment
  • Experienced Scrum Master with understanding of other Agile delivery frameworks in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment
  • Ability to successfully communicate with both technical and non-technical
