Active Directory Engineer / Architect (Remote)

CredenceIA Consulting LLC is hiring smart, experienced, and motivated Active Directory Architect/Engineer to join our implementation Team. You will participate in projects involving architecture and design of Active Directory and/or help clients migrate from one AD forest to next and possibly to Azure AD cloud. You will have

• Experience and understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Experience in migrating and/or merging AD forests while allowing users from both current and new forest access to applications regardless of their primary forest
• You should also have experience in vetting the users and applications based on migrate or merge criteria
• Expert in multi forest user administration including authentication (Analyze current situation working sessions to understand challenges that users are facing with Authentication (AuthN- AD) and Authorization (AuthZ-AD)
• Experience with user provisioning/de provisioning and governance
• In depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, Windows security, AD Proxy, Virtual Directory solutions and related technology
• 4+ years’ specialized experience in AWS and/or Azure architecting, cloud health monitoring, capacity planning, cloud performance management.
• 6+ years practical experience designing, building, migrating and automating solutions utilizing Active Directory related services
• 3+ years’ experience working with cloud automation tools such as Packer, Terraform
• Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO’s
• Experience in building automation with tools like Jenkins/CloudBees is a plus.
• Experience with security patterns utilizing Azure IAM capabilities and Azure AD
• Process automation using scripting languages such as PowerShell, python, JSON, Jenkins pipe-line or others
• Hands-on development experience
• Strong communication skills

Required:

• Certification in Active Directory administration
• Azure or AWS Certification is a plus

• Experienced in Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience working in an agile team.
• Development of use cases/test cases, participation in SIT/UAT testing
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Finance, Business, Math, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
