SharePoint Certified Senior Migration Consultant (Remote)

Role Description:

This is a contract to hire role, working remotely until travel restrictions are lifted. May be up to 75% travel to client sites across the US traditionally. As a SharePoint Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and documenting SharePoint and supporting all Microsoft 365 and Office 365 solutions. Drives migrations. workflows, process improvement and organization efficiencies. Serves as a super user of SharePoint system, and a subject matter expert for migration, developing and uploading reports, updating tasks, training, and communicating via SharePoint. If your performance is favorable and you convert to a FT employee, a comprehensive benefit package will be offered.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Certification in SharePoint

· 4 years of experience with SharePoint, specifically with migrations

· Ability to create workflows, Forms

· Ability to design and apply best practices

· Develop archiving procedures

· Design, recommend and apply best practices in SharePoint

· Creation of documentation, including run books

· Will need to have experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Ability to examine current content and organization of content from a variety of sources to best determine the appropriate layout in SharePoint
• Establish versioning, utilize content types, review security compliance, and manage meta data for all content
• Strong understanding of Out of the Box (OOTB) SharePoint Web Parts and Apps
• Comfortable and able to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and have strong service orientation skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency

Preferred:

· Experience with SharePoint Designer

· Microsoft 365 Experience

· MS/SQL Experience

· Client Facing

· Healthcare Experience
