Adecco Search is assisting an early stage tech startup in Silicon Valley, California (Bay Area) that leverages A.I. to optimize smart banking for the gig economy - by hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help them scale faster & smarter. This job can be remote, with the ability and access to visit their Bay Area offices a few times a month, as needed (local Bay Area residents preferred but will consider candidates in the Pacific Northwest). This job is direct hire, full time with benefits - not contract or freelance.
The Senior Software Engineer will manage technical projects through every stage of development, from idea to completion, and be accountable for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. You will be responsible for solving any engineering issues that arise within the technical projects you oversee, work cross functionally with other software engineers + mobile engineers, prepare reports on project's progress and most importantly: be an effective delegator.
