Our client is looking for an experienced Front End Developer
Frontend Developer on a 10 month contract with opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
Seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join its Development team. The hire will apply appropriate tools and programming in line with latest industry trends to develop front-end applications for high-profile Web projects. It is essential that they have Agile experience and are able to articulate user stories into prototypes and Web pages.
Essential Skills:
4+ years’ experience as a frontend developer
Fundamentals including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, CSS pre-processors such as Sass and LESS.
JavaScript frameworks – AngularJS, React
JS-based build tools – Grunt, Gulp, Bower
Libraries – jQuery or Backbone.js.
Front-end (CSS) frameworks eg Foundation or Bootstrap.
AJAX.
Front-end integration with APIs using JSON/JSON schemas.
Unit testing and test-driven development.
Familiarity with API Creation and RESTful services.
GitHub.
Experience of using Contentful.
