Teton Simulation is building innovative physics simulation technology to optimize the printing parameters for 3D printed components. This technology is CPU and memory expensive. We have a need for an architect to help us design and build a scalable AWS back-end to host this technology. Responsibilities will span the entire spectrum of what it takes to design, build, and deploy a cloud solution - including, but not limited to:

  • AWS solution design and documentation
  • IaC development (e.g. Terraform)
  • Python development
  • Docker image creation and management
  • Continuous integration and deploymentWe are a small team of less than 10 engineers, so we are looking for someone that is comfortable working by themselves and taking responsibility for the deliverables of their project.

Other experience that is not necessary, but is advantageous:

  • Experience with 3D printing
  • Experience with physics simulation software, e.g. Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
