We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with excellent knowledge of private and public cloud platforms, predominantly AWS, and a track record of engineering new cloud native services with an emphasis on utilising automation - all underpinned by strong instrumentation that not only monitors performance, but also compliance.
This is a key hire as they embark upon the next, significant, stage in their journey. You'll face off internally and externally, you'll have input into the design and engineering of greenfield, highly complex cloud services that span public cloud infrastructure and platform services, plus cloud native design patterns (containers, serverless etc.). You'll be part of significant cloud migration projects with hands on experience of migration tools such as CloudEndure.
An interesting part of the role will also involve working on the creation and enhancement of IP continuing the clients journey towards the bleeding edge.

Skills
Fluency in C# and experience with Java and JavaScript
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert skills at reading and understanding existing code bases

B.S. in computer science or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Software Engineer or similar role with a focus on quality
4+ years of hands-on experience with NUnit or similar test frameworks
2+ years working with Unity3D or similar 3D game engine
Experience mocking external dependencies and creating automated integration tests for cloud services such as APIs or microservices is a big bonus
Experience creating QA test guidelines for QC operations
Skills in Client/server networking, audio/video streaming and API testing
Working knowledge of interactive media (e.g. display technologies, video, 2D/3D animation, and interactive software)
Experience working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary, art, programming, production and technology teams
Experience working on short-timeline, fast-paced projects
Must be a strong leader and teammate
Must be punctual, reliable, highly flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects
