My client has a sophisticated, advanced, leading edge Remedy 9x environment. We had a couple consultants help implement and was told by a veteran CMDB Architect with over 40 implementations under his belt that this is one of the more advanced environments he's been exposed to!

They need a Sr. Remedy Developer to analyze, design, and constructs Remedy solution through both coding, tests, and then promotes system changes to production to environments for the Remedy software applications.
This is a Contract to Hire position with strong desire to convert to full time (replacement position). Client will not sponsor visas at this time so position open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders.
Desired skills include:
- Strong, proficient Remedy developer, vers 9 experience strongly desired.
- Ability to automate, build and test forms within Remedy (back office system)
- Ability to build and test APIs for integration with other systems
- Demonstrated strong experience using system tools to customize forms, fields, overlay, workflows and related system components.
- Ability to administer, enhance, and support both the user and discovery platform and processes.
- Ability to manage and tune the CMDB including identification processes, asset management, SIM models, audits, and drift activities.
- Experienced in designing Service Catalogue/Services.
- Ability to configure event management activities into a proper solution.
- SQL knowledge required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform needed functions to Unix and system interfaces including Web Service Development
- Developed in another programming language. Preferred languages are Javascript, Java, .Net, Perl
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow technical and professional skills for the team through projects.
Possible remote work available after trust established and learning curve for environment is resolved.
Some key projects in 2019 include Automation, API Integrations, and ChatBot
