Sr. Alteryx Developer

~6 Months (contract – W2)
Maximum Pay Rate: $59.11/hour W2

SCOPE OF WORK:

Developer III performs complex analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent. 
• Postgraduate degree desired. 
• 4-6 years’ experience in software development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years senior Alteryx Experience with Alteryx Certification Preferred.
• Alteryx workflow development expertise.
• Documentation of logic used in creating and maintaining the new and existing workflows.
• Ability to evaluate, analyze, design and implement solutions based on technical requirements and system limitations.
• Experience coding and modifying SQL in MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Excellent writing and oral communications skills.

Developer Responsibilities:

• Data preparation, data blending, and the creation of data model sets using Alteryx.
• Designing, building, and testing several complex workflows in Alteryx. 
• Maintaining documentation of database workflows, requirements, policies, and procedures as they relate to workflows created with Alteryx, the main ETL tool. 

Contractor will be analyzing and automating custom data reports. Will utilize MS SQL, Oracle, and Teradata for data extraction then utilizing Alteryx to generate a variety management reports. Assist in analyzing output and automation efforts. Provide data aggregation and process documentation for the workflows produced. The majority of these reports exist today although use various tools and can use some optimization as they are moved to Alteryx.
