Apex Systems is looking for a Senior Java/AWS Developer who has over ten years of IT Experience. Candidate must be extremely well spoken and must be able to communicate his/her thoughts clearly. The role available is a long term, contract assignment.

What we are looking for:

• Self-starter, seasoned JAVA developer with working UNIX scripting knowledge (10+ years required).

• Working AWS & cloud computing knowledge required (5+ years preferred)

• Hands on experience with DevOPs (ansible or chef or puppet , etc.)

• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your ideas clearly in both verbal and written form.

• Self-motivated, Self-starter, quick learner, and team player and easy to work with is a must.

• Groovy knowledge is desired.

• Working knowledge of SageMaker ML service is desired.

Work is based in Atlanta office. The candidate can work remotely in current pandemic situation, with daily check-ins with other member of the team working on the project.
