You would have an opportunity to work directly with both founders and CTO in our Jersey City, New Jersey office; remote work is not preferred but applications will be reviewed.

--- Responsibilities ---
> Handle the design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of key applications in the following areas: Social Platform, Dashboards, Prototypes, and Microservices.
> Lead a team of distributed engineers to complete large-scale as well as smaller projects according to predetermined specifications, system requirements and security requirements
> Writing clean, functional code following best practices.
> Organizing, leading, and managing a team of other engineers, ensuring that resources are being allocated efficiently to achieve business goals.
> Understanding how to solve new business problems with existing or new technology.
> Cultivating a healthy team culture for both the in-person and distributed technical teams.
--- Requirements ---
> 8+ years of programming experience with modern web languages
> 5+ years of Node.js, React.js, and full-stack JavaScript experience
> A proven track record of architecting robust software and delivering exceptional products
> Experience with Postgresql, Docker, Microservices architecture, SSR
> Familiar with Agile methodology
> Genuine interest in building something that challenges the status quo
> Creative thinking and problem solving skills as well as strategy development abilities
> Android and iOS experience is a plus but not required
> Blockchain / Web3 / Ethereum experience is a plus but not required
