Job Title: Quality Administrator
Location: Bournville, West Midlands
Rate: £11.62 PAYE / £14.57 Umbrella
Employment Type: Contract (4 Weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support to the Quality team
Ensure production is compliant to Quality specifications, HACCP/Food Safety, Mdlz Quality Policies, Business KPIs and legal requirements
Facilitate Quality-related incident management & complaints investigation, ensuring robust control of any non-conforming product and establishing root cause, corrective and preventive actions
Facilitate & coach compliance to Quality record keeping, retention & revision, including management and upkeep of eQCMS, SharePoint and Shared Drives
Ensure site documentation is in line with Global Q Policies
Measure quality compliance standard (inc. trading standards requirements) via the IQS program, including maintenance of the IQS database in line with changes driven by project requirements
Support sample retention and records archiving processes, escalating compliance issues to the relevant Quality Engineer for each section
Ensure all samples are collected to enable finished product micro release in a timely manner
Support swabbing program where necessary
Attend DMS meetings as required
Support Quality training, education and coaching, including record keeping and activity tracking
Support Quality engagement programs
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct
Complete other work required as directed by the Quality Manager or delegates to support continuous improvement
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Excellent eye for detail and is meticulous in approach to data collation and interpretation
Have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing quality environment
Good IT skills, especially Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
Proactive in approach to tasks and implementation of the job role expectations
Can react quickly to any issue identified and ensure this comes to a conclusion
Comfortable working within a factory environment & site
Good problem solving skills
Strong ability to team work and manage priorities across a varied workload
Demonstrate awareness, understanding & working practice of equality within the workplace
Ability to maintain security & confidentiality
Skills Preferred:
Microsoft SharePoint
SAP
Infinity Quality Suite
Experience Preferred:
Quality/Operational or associated manufacturing experience
Plant Quality experience
Auditing knowledge
Sigma, SPC, Process Control, Quality Control
Lean or six sigma experience
Education Preferred:
Educated to degree level or HND/HNC level in a science related field
Trained in Food Safety or Quality Management
