Marketing Automation Consultant (End to End Marketing)

Based: Central London

Our clients are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant Marketo (CRM/Automation Tester/Marketing) to join an exciting project. The vision is to consolidate CRM Marketing Automation, sales tools, common data layer and advanced analytics to consolidate and enhance the CRM.

Key responsibilities for the Marketing Automation Consultant Marketo (CRM/Automation Tester/Marketing)

• Ensure successful delivery of Marketing Automation to the Software Division using Marketo (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Collaborate with representatives from the Division to ensure implementation meets the needs of users.
• Work alongside expert consultancies to implement Marketing Automation functionality.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve and optimise the solution.
• Support the team developing Marketing Automation team and capability.
• Work closely with the test teams to validate functionality and ensure Acceptance Criteria are met.
• Support other Programme workstreams and Product Owners as required.

• Understanding of successful marketing automation and lead generation (Essential)
• Marketo configuration (Essential)
• End to end marketing automation implementation (Essential)
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (Essential) and integration to Marketo (Essential)
• Solid understanding of marketing preferences and GDPR (Essential)
• Adept at communicating with business, technical and user communities (Essential)
• Highly organised and excellent attention to detail (Essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
• Exposure to Pardot Marketing Automation tools (Preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Preferred)
