BIT Insight Group (BIT) is a growing technology startup invested in delivering innovative solutions. BIT is seeking a detailed-oriented Office 365 Help Desk Engineer with strong Exchange experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a great attitude along with a dynamic skill set to support Help Desk responsibilities via a ticketing system. All work for this position is done remotely.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Skill Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment, including relevant internships. 1+ years of experience in supporting Windows systems administration/engineering efforts.
  • Candidates should have experience in the customer support arena with strong Office 365 communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot and work in a team environment. Must have SharePoint 2010 OR SP 2013, 2016, Office 365 experience OR an exceptional tech background.
  • MS Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 Exchange Online
  • Candidates must have previous help desk experience
  • Candidates must have previous experience with Powershell
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university **Desired**
