JavaScript Developer - React, ReactJS, DOM - Remote
We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who has a strong knowledge of React.js (16.8+ i.e. hooks). Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Responsibilities:
*Developing new user-facing features using React.js
*Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
*Translating functional requirements (User Stories/Tasks) and wireframes into high quality code
Skills:
*Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
*Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
*Demonstrable expertise in software development in an Agile setting
*Ability to deliver well-tested code consistently in an Agile, CI/CD environment
*Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
*Familiarity with RESTful APIs
*Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms
*Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
*Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack/Parcel, NPM/Yarn, etc.
*Familiarity with Git
*Good time-management skills
*Great interpersonal and communication skills
