Game Developer

We are currently recruiting for a Game Developer to join a large Media Broadcasting company located in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.

This will be a 6-month contract

Daily rate of around £450-500 Per Day.

Role Profile

Your role as a Game Developer will be to work within the Clients Children's team and work with globally loved brands to deliver websites and apps that inform, educate, entertain and inspire children in Britain using digital experiences. In order to continually achieve this aim the team will require a Game Developer to focus on the re development of their Games.

Required Skills and Competencies for the Game Developer

Essential:

• Experienced Games Developer with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 and/or CSS experience
• Experience with Phaser and/or Pixi.js
• Test and Behaviour Driven Development with knowledge and experience of software testing techniques including: unit testing with GHUnit,
• Experience of deploying production code in a Continuous Integration environment
• Experience in identifying, debugging and resolving complex production issues
