ETL Developer Southend on Sea 4 months £450-550 per day IR35: Inside Scope
We urgently require an ETL Developer for a position based in Southend on Sea for a Public Sector Client. The role is for 4 Months, with a day rate range of £450-550 per day. The position is Inside IR35.
Role: You will be responsible for developing code to deliver accurate, efficient data solutions which meet customer needs to agreed timescales. The candidate must have extensive experience as an ETL developer and be able to hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
Essential Skills/Experience: * Extensive working knowledge and experience with TEL/Data integration. * Experience of UNIX shell scripting. * In-depth working of the following - informatica, PLSQL, Unix, HBase, Hive, Spark, MongoDB, Postgres. * Experience of leading data engineers in complex, multi-disciplinary environment, delivering products within specific time-scales and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders. * An in-depth understanding of ETL concepts, ETL loading strategy, Data archiving, Data reconciliation, Data manipulation, ETL Error handling, Error logging mechanism, standards and best practice with hands-on experience in developing ETL solutions. * Good working knowledge of Data Warehouse techniques for dimensional data modelling, relational database design, ETL techniques and data analysis.
