Digital Tester / QA

Our client who are a leading organisation based in Surrey are looking for an experienced Digital Tester / QA to join their team to work across a variety of digital web and non-web based projects as part of the Testing Team.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrable experience of testing Web Sites, Email and Mobile user interfaces and APIs including the capture of data
• Experience with testing Web services using POSTman or SoapUI
• Strong hands on experience of writing and executing manual test plans and test cases
• Ability to log and take ownership of the resolution of software defects
• Ability to assess risk and derive core functions for testing and manage testing within timescales allowed
• Experience working on projects using Agile methodology

Desirable skills:

• Test automation experience, in particular of web applications coupled with either Javascript or C# programming skills.
• Exposure to social networking testing
• Experience of data warehousing and an ETL tool eg Informatica or SSIS
