Web Designer/Developer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are a two person team who's looking to add a third. You will help us run a web design business. I need someone who can work with clients and take a project from beginning to end with minimal guidance.

The ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail and reflect these required skills and knowledge:

• Photoshop -- Have strong design abilities
• WordPress -- Be able to design themes and develop websites rapidly from conception to launch
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HTML, PHP, MySQL, XML.
• CSS -- Knowledge of responsive layouts with cross browser compatibility
• Mobile websites -- Have experience building websites optimized for most mobile devices
• Web hosting, server systems and email accounts handled through cPanel
• Be familiar with SEO Best Practices as defined by Google and follow specific guidelines
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
• Capable of troubleshooting websites, databases, and email errors
• Capable of juggling many projects at once while keeping clients happy
• Excellent client communication

Responsibilities and Duties

Designing and developing websites and doing whatever it takes to keep the client happy. Most stuff is done in wordpress, so you'll be using a lot of CSS, HTML, some PHP.

Managing projects, setting goals and making sure everything stays on track

Qualifications and Skills

HTML, CSS, PHP and wordpress. But the main thing is that you have to be a problem solver.
