Digital Experience Agency in the Washington, DC area is in search for a UX Designer (REMOTE) for an immediate contract opportunity.


This individual must be a self-starter and support the client’s user experience to deliver highest quality solutions.


The qualified individual must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.


UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed navigation flows, site maps, user stories, wireframes and interactions that are user centric and proactively solve for the more complex experiences.
  • Create detailed visual design mockups and production ready artwork for the digital products and experiences crafted by the Design Group.
  • Provide creative leadership within a project working closely with product management and engineering partners to develop use cases, and high-level requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process and deliverable set to effectively conceptualize and communicate the design approach and detailed interaction behaviors required within a project or team.
  • Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals.
  • Participate in presenting work to executive level stakeholders and represent the creative process at all stages of an engagement.


UX Designer Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related UX degree is ideal.
  • Strong expertise with conceptualizing and implementing digital design assets from ideation through design
  • Minimum five (5) years of proven working experience as a, UX designer, visual designer/interactive, or similar UX-related role.
  • Skilled at anticipating and designing for user needs by incorporating research, strategy and analytics.
  • Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design principles and process.
  • Excellent visual/verbal communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
