Programme Manager | Fintech | London | £650 - £750 /day

Currently partnering, exclusively, with a Fintech firm who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Fintech Programme Manager join them onsite on an initial 12-month engagement with strong likelihood of extensions. This opportunity will allow you to lead and transform their organisation, by helping mobile customers experience.

The company is seeking a vastly experienced Fintech Programme Manager who will understand and help solve customers' problems, by delivering slick customer experiences, transforming customer interaction across their platform. Their innovative app has made them a game changer within the European, soon to be global market-place. The Programme Manager is required to be innovative, take hands-on responsibility for; project planning, road mapping, controlling progress and ensuring compliance. They must have Agile development experience in a Fintech company.

Key requirements for the Fintech Programme Manager role:

• You must be a Subject Matter Expert in the Fintech space (Retail banking will not be considered for this role) with a proven track record of driving innovation delivery across several Fintech assignments (e.g. Peer to Peer Lending, Digital & Mobile Banking, Digital Wallet, Online Payments, Blockchain, and Insurtech)
• You must have significant experience of working "Head of Programme Management/ Programme manager" for rapidly scaling, Fintech end users.
• A high level of technical expertise in Mobile App development, underpinned with substantial experience partnering Engineers and Architects to deliver technical excellence and slick User Experience
• Be a passionate advocate of Agile
• You must be able to instil confidence at all levels Engineers to C-Suite / Board level
• You'll be familiar with the trials and tribulations of running Projects and Programmes in a rapidly scaling a Fintech i.e. cultural change, financial regulations, pressure to deliver etc.
• Experience working with debit/credit cards, banks, and payment networks is preferred, but not essential
