I am currently looking for an ITSM / Support Consultant for my well established Cardiff based client. You will become part of an Office 365 Programme Team and assist with the preparation and transition of Office 365 related services. You will be ensuring changes are well documented from a service management perspective and ensure the appropriate communication is created and distributed.
Responsibilities include: *Be accountable for defining & ensuring services are delivered in accordance with business requirements *You will engage with all team members and support stakeholders across the business. *Manage projects by creating timelines and assigning staff members, while adhering to budgets *Build and establish relationships with external clients *Offer solutions that meet clients *Take charge of the information technology
Essential skills:
*5+ years ITSM experience *Excellent knowledge of O365 technologies *An eye for Business Analysis skills * Problem solving, decision making
